Yoga for adults

Hatha Yoga Classes: Lois Clymer, Certified Yoga Instructor

Dates: Four Tuesday afternoons: November 3, 10, 17, 24

Time: 1-2 p.m.
$25 if you register for all 4 sessions on the first day or
$7.00 each drop in session.

 

Bring a mat or beach towel and wear soft, comfortable clothes.
